Enter the basic information about your church. Only the blue fields are required.
Check the Warn Backup box if you want to be reminded to make a backup of your data files. If the program has been installed on a network and there is a backup plan you do not need to enable the warning. If a warning is desired indicate the number of days to allow between backups. Zero number of days will warn you everyday!
To use the telephone dialing feature your workstation must have a modem connected to your phone line and your telephone. Enter your area code and country code. The country code for the United States is 1!
Your default address will be filled in automatically the first time you attempt to e-mail from this program.
The default SMTP server will be filled in automatically the first time you attempt to e-mail from this program.
Letting the program attempt to get the server and address is the best way to know if your system will support this feature.
To be able to use the e-mail feature your default MUST be on your workstation/computer. Internet e-mail services like Yahoo, Hotmail and others will not work. They can be linked to Outlook and Outlook Express.
This e-mail feature is to only send email! You will receive all incoming using your default e-mail program.
