Many of the list boxes allow the user to change the sort, in either ascending or descending order. The column with the control is displays in blue text. Ascending and descending order is signified by a plus sign (+) or minus sign (-). The list box below is the default sort view when opened.
Sort Order Column
The column with focus will have blue text in the current version. To change to the other active sort column click on the
column header. In the image below we have clicked on the Full Name column and the sort displays the file in name order.
