From the Utility selection on the Main Menu the information concerning your church may be entered. The church name, address, city, state, zip code, and telephone number is the minimum information that should be entered. This data will be used on reports, over due notices and other documents.
The additional information: Fax number, E-mail address, Internet URL and Senior Pastor are all optional.
