Continuing with the examples we have been using we have the Full Name field selected as the sort column. Click the Clear button located to the right of the Search entry field. This not only clears any data from the entry field but also gives the field the focus.
Type in ‘langer’, without the quotations, and press the TAB key. The program will instantly select every entry with the last name Langer. Every field in the list box can be made the sort field and can be searched. Be sure you have the correct field selected. If the date column is selected and you enter a name the search will fail.
