Resources > Copy
There may be times when there are more than one copy of a resource. MLM has a function to make multiple copies of an existing resource. After opening the Copy Tagged Resources window the selected column and default sort order is by accession number. To make a copy first select the resource by entering the accession number and pressing enter. If you do not know the accession number but know the title you may search for the title by clicking the Title column header. In this case enter the first few letters of the title and press enter or tab.
Make a duplicate of any resource
Once the correct resource is tagged, has a check mark, enter the number of copies you need then press the Start Copy button. This will start the process. The program will add one to the highest accession number then duplicate the tagged record.
