Define a secure area

Not all areas of the program can be password protected.  Reports and searches are examples of specific areas not protected.  The security enabled sections of the program are:

1. Program options,

2. Church information,

3. Resource maintenance,

4. Publisher maintenance,

5. Circulation maintenance (Loan),

6. Member maintenance, and member loan,

7. Inventory,

8. Utility file maintenance,

9. File Initialization.
