Every church library receives resources from members of the church. It is one of the responsibilities of the library to keep a record of these gifts. MLM does this with a lookup file with the name of the person(s) making the donation. There is also a view window with a report option.
Maintain Donors
This is a lookup entry field which allows the user to be selected from an existing list. We suggest all entries be formatted last name first to make entering and reporting consistent and simple.
To access donor information select from the pull down menu Resource ? Donations. There are three options: Maintain,View/Report, and Build Donation File.
