Setting goals is a good way for any organization to map a future path. There can be any number of goals entered:
| • | Name - brief and to the point, 'Have Book Fair'. |
| • | Comments - a more detailed description of the goal and how it might be implemented. |
| • | Priority - a number between 1 and 10. One being the most important or highest priority. The same priority number can be used for any number of goals. |
| • | Entry Date - the date the goal was initiated. |
| • | Target Date - the date the goal is to be completed. |
| • | Is On Going - indicates there is no target date. |
