It will only be necessary to initialize the Media Library Ministry data files once and only if the full tutorial was installed. Clicking on the initialize button for the first time when in tutorial mode will ask you twice if you would like to complete the action.
If you respond yes the tutorial data files will be removed. The only files remaining from the originial install will be author, subject and publisher.
If at a later time if this initialization is attempted a first warning will tell you this process has been completed once and doing so again could be very harmful to your data.
Should this warning be ignored the standard two warnings will be displayed. If these are ignored than the program will remove all the data files with the exception of the three mentioned above.
When the initialization process is complete the following message will display.
