For keywords there is the option of automatically adding to keywords, never adding to keywords or being asked what you would like to do with each and every new entry.
Auto add options are: Auto, Ask and Never.
Select Never and this function will not work at all.
Select Auto will force the program to add the selections you have checked. This is the recommended setting.
Select Ask will force the program to ask the user if this resource should have keywords.
Keyword Options: Add author last name, Add subjects, and Add series. Check Replace Existing Data to force the program to refresh the keywords when exiting the Edit window.
