Having the location of a resource makes finding each one easy. Normally all resources will be in the on the shelf in the library. But there are times when there might be a special display in another part of the church. This is just a way to keep track.
Maintain Locations
Location does not necessarily mean a physical place. As you can see from the list is library has a reference to discarded and donated. The status options can duplicate the same information and you may choose not to use this method.
There must be at least one entry.
