MLM supports many spine and pocket label definitions. All of the current definitions are available from The Library Store but other vendors may very well have the identical item. You must be sure any substitution has the same dimensions.
Spine and pocket labels supported are:
1. Library Store Spine/Pock 16-0787 (Previous versions use the definition 'Default Spine & Pocket Label'.)
2. The Library Store Catalog number 16-0788
3. The Library Store Catalog number 16-0799
4. The Library Store: Catalog number 16-0741(the MLM definition Library Store Spine 16-0741LP is the same spine label but has a larger font.
5. The Library Store: Catalog number 16-0763
When the label to be used has been selected that label's definition will have to be selected in the Program Setup window. If no label has been selected there will be an error message and the print job will abort.
It may be necessary to make an adjustment for your spine and pocket labels to print properly. First determine the problem. For example the label is to far to the left. Correct it by increasing the value of the Shift Fields Horizontally entry field. Increase by small increments of 50 until it is correct. See Label Formats.
If you have not defined a spine/pocket label before attempting to print the following message will be displayed.
