Report codes are used in many different reports to allow the selecting and grouping of different information. These codes should be maintained by the Library Director or someone appointed by the Director. Any information can be entered into as a code and the code category or definition. As you can see from the contents this church uses the Dewey decimal system. Some churches do not want to use the Dewey system, and MLM can accommodate the need. However you are responsible for entering and maintaining the codes you enter. To remove one or more of these codes highlight the record you want to remove and click the Delete button. Keep in mind when you delete one or more codes they are gone unless you reenter each one individually.
Maintain Report Codes
The code field is six characters long and may contain alphanumeric or symbols. The default entries installed with Media Library Ministry are most, if not all of the standard codes used by library's. However there is nothing stopping non-standard options.
