This is a tool to give you statistical information about all the resources in the library. The resource information is as follows:
| • | Total number of each resource, |
| • | Count of that resource currently in circulation, |
| • | Total value of the resource, |
| • | Percent of that resources as compared with the total number. |
In addition there is other information:
| • | Grand total of all resources. |
| • | Totals for each way a resource can be acquired. |
| • | Statistics for each reading group - totals, percent and value. |
| • | Total count of all fiction. |
| • | Total count of all biographies. |
| • | Total count in each Dewey Decimal Classification. |
There are two totals displayed for your resources. Displayed In red is the total
count and total replacement value for the inactive resources. Displayed in black
is the totals for all active resources.
New in version 7.0 is the graph view. We have added graphs allowing the
numerical data to be viewed in graphical form. Each of the first four tabs have
the different statisitical results. Each tab has view graphical views available.
Right click on the graph to be able to print or save the graph. Right click a
specific data point of the graph to see the name and value.
