Before clicking the Save button it is important to review the data. Though the information that is returned is usually accurate there can be some unusual characters and formatting. The Classification field in some cases will have to be changed. See MARC Classification and Subjects.
The title has a colon which needs to be removed
To avoid saving these unusual characters in your churches library database MLM examines each field looking for unexpected characters. If any are found the field background will be changed to red. Review each field for any unusual characters that are not on the title page of the book. If necessary remove the character and press the TAB key or Enter key. The field will be examined again and if no other unusual characters are found the field will change from red to white. It is possible that the field will be red but there isn't a problem with the field. If this is the case simply ignore the warning and save the information.
In our example above the colon and the trailing space needs to be removed.
