When searching for an author simply type the first few letters of the last name and the program will go to the first match if it exists. The example below shows we entered lah, the first match was Beverly LaHaye. The author we were actually looking for was Tim. It is much easier to find our author this way rather than entering all of Tim LaHayes name.

Once the author is found in the left column all the resources in the library collection will be listed in the right list box. You may click any of the titles then click the View button to see the details including the Due Date if the book is checked out. Click the Print button to print a list of all the titles for the selected author.
View the detail of the currently selected title
This information can be used in other ways. For example the subject will give the searcher another way to see what book may be in the collection that they might be interest in reading.
