There are a number of supporting files that must have at least one entry before a new resource is added to the MLM database. These entries will make data entry faster, and more consistent.
Acquire Options - How each resource came to your library.
Donations - Who donated a resource.
Location Options - Where a resource is currently in your system.
Memorial - If a resource was donated was it in memory of a specific person.
Reading Groups - Resources are not meant for everyone.
Report Codes - The general Dewey classification numbers.
Resource Types - Is the resource a book, DVD, CD, Audio Tape, or something else.
Series - Series name.
Status Options - Is the resource lost, or damaged?
