Using User Groups
The simplest way to control access to the critical portions of the program is to create groups then assign each user to a group. I suggest the following. Follow this path from the main menu: File > Security > Browse Users. In the event the window is already open click on the User Group button. The following window will open.
Add, delete or change group names
