Contact Maintenance
The default column and sort order is the contacts last name. This list box has the same sorting and searching capabilities as all others in this program. See Column Sorting; Column Searching and Hiding elsewhere in this document.

The minimum information needed are the blue fields. All other fields are optional. Use them if they will help you. There are four (4) phone number fields and one email field. If you have a modem and your telephone is connected you can click on the telephone icon to have the program dial the number for you.

At the top right is the Steward/Committee list box. Here you can designate what services a contact has been lead to give to the church. You can email all contacts involved in one service by clicking Contacts ? Email ? Email to Committee. This will show only the committee members having an email address. Remember those who do not have email will have to be contacted in another manner.

The skills the Lord has given a contact can be maintained also. Having this information about those who have offered to help in a time of need can be very useful when it is least expected.
