Easy Church Worship Attendance Details 
   
 

The default view will show all members, either active or inactive, and regardless of their type of membership. If necessary you may use the Query Wizard to limit the number of members view. You can also save different tag sets.  You may have a tag set for all of the members who normally attend. Or a tag set for all active members. There can be as many tag sets as you need. Once the members are tagged the next step is to click the process button. You must have entered a service and a date. For example: Morning or First Service.

 
   
 The worship attendance window will list every service attended by every member.  The default order is date descending.  (The most recent date will be at the top.) The Query Wizard can be used to limit the number of members and/or dates that are visible.  You can also have many other viewing options. Click the Export button to send ALL of the member worship history records to a MS Excel spread sheet or save the information to a file on disk. 
   
 Worship attendance totals may be viewed, printed, copied to memory, and saved as an image file. The type of graph may be changed to a bar or a Pareto chart. The chart will show the current year to date and the last 3 years.  If this year were 2006 you would see ’06, ’05, ’04 and ’03.  Click the checkbox to hide/show.
