Easy Church Membership - $99.99

RCL Software has always had a heart for the small church. In my denomination I have heard the statistics relative to church size. I have heard different numbers but it seems that many churches have less than one hundred members. Easy Church Membership is a way to allow a small church to be good stewards of the resources the Lord has entrusted to them. Though Easy Church Membership is not the least expensive such program available there are no additional costs over time.  There is, nor will there be a limit to the number of entries that can be entered. There will be no annual maintenance fee. And, lastly, there will be no charge for upgrades.

Easy Church Membership is to maintain a database of church members, all tithes and giving, ministry membership, administrative committees, small group Bible study groups, and spiritual gifts.

At the church level there is a prayer list, church calendar, and staff calendar.  The program is multi-user when installed on a network.  The member tithing functions and windows are all password protected.

Starting with version 2.0 we have integrated BOTH the Visitation Manager and the Faith Visitation Manager. Each has it own purpose to help your church care for your flock and to enlarge your flock through evangelism. These two programs sell for $66.00 when purchased individually we are including them at no increase in price. Easy Church Membership with all the features of version 1.0 is still $99.99 plus these two programs are integrated, a value of $66.00, with no price increase. (The Visitation Manager was titled Outreach/Visitation Manager prior to version 2.0.)

Added Outlook style menu for the most frequently used procedures.

Mid-week Bible study classes and attendance tracking.

Pick your Sabbath and mid-week day of the week and assign names to each Bible study class.

User Friendly Interface. Use the Enter key as well as the Tab key to go to the next field. New colors used to help the user know what field the focus is located and if information is required.

All dates now will display using the Windows default format.
