Easy Sunday School Administrator Member Detail 
   
 All of the member of your Sunday School ministry are listed here. From this one window a number of tasks can be initiated. Send email messages, print mailing labels, or export to a mail merge file to use with MS Word or other word processor that supports the mail merge option. 
   
 There is a member related file with any medical information that may be necessary to share with the church staff and volunteers.  This was designed with the children and childcare volunteers in mind.  Of course it is the child’s parents who are responsible to share this information.  This will access the currently selected members Medical Alerts list box. A report may be printed that is sorted by Sunday School class enabling the nursery and childcare volunteers to have current information.  
   
 The only required information needed to save a member record is the name. There are many other fields that may be used which makes Sunday School class Easy Sunday School Administrator a very productive application. There are three telephone fields: home, work and cell. Statistical information can be entered to making reports using the Report Designer productive.  Save the import dates: date the member joined the class and their birthday. There is a short birthday format field that does not display the year, only the month and day. A members current email address makes staying in contact easy. Print a member directory with or without photographs. Plus many other optional informational fields. 
   
 Click the Export button to create a MS Excel spread sheet. Save it in Excel format or one of three other file formats. It can even be sent as an attachment using our email function.

Microsoft Vista
All of the programs offered by RCL Software are now code signed as is each of our installations. Each has been tested on Microsoft Vista to be sure there were no compatibility problems. We now support these following MS operating systems: 98 Second Edition through Vista.
Media Library Library
We have a new version of our Media Library Manager. There have been many changes which we pray will make the program even more user friendly and make the entire library ministry more productive.
