Another important feature of The Pastor's Study is the ability to keep confidential counseling records. This counseling notes are password protected so only you can access the information.
The format is designed to make maintenance and review simple. There is even a field for the next appointment, both the date and the time. General contact information is separate from the session information. Each individual or couple have a separate record for each session. This way you can easily review your notes before a scheduled appointment.
Just scroll up or down and quickly review the notes you have taken of all the last sessions. Your notes and any recommendations you might have made will be displayed on the right side of the window.
A counseling session is divided into two sections. The first section is to document the session detail. The second section is to detail any recommendation you may have made. (For example, to read and study a Scripture passage, or read a book you have suggested.) When the session is complete enter the information from your notes into the session update from. Always be current and up to date.
