Every church family has members who are hospitalized, or homebound. Every member of the staff wants to be sure that person is visited in a timely manner. Sometimes coordinating these visits is not easy. RCL Software’s program Visitation & Outreach was designed to fill this need. It is an inexpensive multi-user application to schedule and record all of the ministerial staff visits. Enter the person into the database as soon as the hospitalization of a church member is reported to the church office. Now a visit can be assigned to an available staff member. The top list box has all of the persons that are to be visited. The bottom list box shows the history of the currently selected person.

Update the persons master record with the last visit date by pressing the Last Visit button. Schedule the next visit when you click the Next Visit button.

Document as much information as you need concerning each person to be visited using the following window. New with version 2 is spell checking. (Requires MS Word 2003 or greater.) Start spell check by pressing the F7 key.

Click the Edit button to see the currently selected visits details.

Print out an informational data sheet for each prospect to use as a reference and to maintain information. All previous visits will be printed on the data sheet allowing the visitor to know exactly what transpired on each previous visit.

Print schedules for any date range.  Record the results of each visit to use as a reference for the next visit.  Email one or more prospects concerning upcoming church events they might be interested in attending.  When emailing to more than one prospect each is individually addressed.  This means their privacy will be maintained.

Added in version 2.0 is a Cross Tab Spread Sheet Wizard. Using this powerful tool you will be able to display and print a number of different reports. An example from our small sample database is the number of visit made by church members.

This application can be installed on your church network and is multi-user capable.
